Sultan

Sultan - a love story with a sports theme.
A story about fighting your own demons, winning against the enemy within, told in the form of wrestling.
Interesting storyline but a bit stretched.
In a Salman Khan movie it's tough to notice anyone else..but anushka did a pretty good job in getting noticed, with the only minus point being she didn't build some muscle for her character n didn't look very convincing as a wrestler. Salman on the other hand moved from fit to fat to fit perfectly, moved from a boy with no ambition to a man with focus n passion, to an arrogant winner to a drowning loser back to a winner very convincingly.
The accents is something I thoroughly enjoyed, n the comedy in the first half was light hearted n fun. Hooda as always was perfect even with such a short frame time. Music wise, except for the two songs n the title track that worked as a background score, I felt the rest were completely unnecessary n added to the drag.
The fights had me glued to the screen n were choreographed exceptionally well. The last one in particular left me so restless I was covering my eyes but peaking thro my shawl!
Overall, a good Salman Khan watch but it doesn't reach a bajrangi or a dabangg. For me personally I felt that it was missing something...but still can't figure out what...
Watch it and tell me...

And that's what she said...

thoughts she loves to pen down...
from her life in the city or when she heads out of town..
From dessert that leave her weak in the knees
(Even though her taste buds rnt so easy to please..)
To books that force her to think
And movies that make her heart sink

Even out of boredom
She will pen down something random
